On Boss’s Day, we’ll be recognising those who coordinate the team’s work every day, make decisions and take responsibility for the collective outcome.
It’s also a great opportunity to talk to pupils about modern leadership: does a leader necessarily have to be the strictest person in the team, how does a good leader differ from a mere ‘boss’, and why is the ability to listen to people sometimes more important than the ability to give instructions?
