Programme of the trip

Day 1

A convenient transfer from Lviv to Krakow will be the start of our adventure. A flight to Oslo and we are already in the heart of Scandinavia! An easy transfer to the city centre, where we will be greeted by the calm atmosphere of the northern capital. The first acquaintance with the city will begin with a walk along the Aker Bruges promenade, where every step is filled with an atmosphere of peace and comfort, the landscapes give a sense of harmony between the city and nature and the scent of the sea is in the air, the music of street artists is heard, and the ships on the horizon remind us of the glorious past of the Vikings.

Day 2

On this day, we will plunge into a world of elegance and grandeur as we visit the Royal Palace and the picturesque park that surrounds it. We will feel the spirit of the Middle Ages within the walls of Akershus Fortress, which offers fabulous views of the harbour. Afterwards, we’ll head to the legendary Vigeland Park, where more than 200 impressive sculptures tell stories about life, love and human emotions. The evening is the perfect time to explore Scandinavian culture in the city’s cosy nooks and crannies or visit the Viking Ship Museum, which will take us back to the days of the mighty sailors.

Day 3

Norway is primarily about the unrivalled nature, and this day will be dedicated to it. We’ll climb to the Holmenkollen panoramic platform, which offers breathtaking views of the city and surrounding forests.

Then we will head to the Bjugdøy peninsula, where unique museums are located: Frammuseum, dedicated to the legendary polar expeditions, Kon-Tiki Museum, which tells the story of an incredible sea voyage, and the Norwegian Museum of Folk Culture, where you can see traditional wooden houses and feel the flavour of ancient Norway.

Day 4

The morning will start with a visit to the Opera House, a true architectural wonder that seems to grow out of the water. From there, we’ll head to the futuristic Barkod district, where glass skyscrapers and Scandinavian minimalism are harmoniously combined. Next, we will visit the Munch Museum, which houses one of the most mysterious paintings in the world, The Scream. We’ll take a walk along the fjord, watching the city prepare for sunset.
 

Day 5

The last morning in the Norwegian capital will give us a few more relaxing moments: we will have the opportunity to do some final shopping, walk through our favourite streets once again, or just sit on the shore, gazing at the endless surface of the water. Afterwards, we will take a train to the airport, fly to Krakow and return to Lviv. But even after the trip is over, Norway will remain in your heart!
