As we are traveling around the world this week, today our students visited Germany. The teachers familiarized the students with the traditional German cuisine.
At the cooking class, the students cooked a traditional pastry called Brezel.
A Brezel is a traditional German pretzel, 10-15 cm in size. It was baked in the 14th century. It is a brezel made of yeast dough sprinkled with salt. Its shape resembles arms crossed on the stomach.
