Easter cake is one of the main attributes of Easter. In Christianity, it symbolizes the invisible presence of Jesus. Church bread of cylindrical shape, which is baked in the church on the eve of Easter, is called artos (“leavened bread”). Baking homemade Easter cakes is a continuation of this church tradition.

On this day, we will be preparing for Easter, so the school will hold a series of master classes on preparing Easter cakes together with our chef.
