International Mother’s Day is a day dedicated to honoring mothers and grandmothers or women who replaced them. It is celebrated every year on the second Sunday of May. It is a holiday of motherhood and love, kindness and family values, a holiday of children and parents. It is a family and public holiday that gives an opportunity to express gratitude for the daily love, care and efforts of mothers. Filled with warm feelings, like warm gentle May days, the holiday of all mothers reminds us of the most important person in everyone’s life.
By Mother’s Day, our students will draw portraits of their mothers and grandmothers, describe phrases and interesting words associated with mother’s warmth and smile, prepare gifts and a film.
