On January 24, an international “sweet” event is celebrated – Popsicle Day, or International Eskimo Pie Day.
It was on January 24, 1922 that Christian Nelson, a chef, pastry chef and owner of a sweet shop in America, officially patented this type of dessert. Nelson released his first ice cream in chocolate glaze on a stick back in 1919, and it was a success. Ice cream quickly gained popularity and found its supporters. The confectioner called his cold creation “Eskimo Pie”.This name is so deeply ingrained that it has become nominal.

An interesting thematic quest awaits the students of the school, after which the children will prepare their own ice cream with their favorite fillings. For each ice cream, they will create a packaging design.
