Under the guidance of the school’s Principal, Andrew Fawkes, students will prepare two traditional English dishes: roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.
English roast beef is a dish of oven-roasted beef tenderloin served with a variety of side dishes. For example, with boiled carrots and roast potatoes.
Yorkshire pudding is a staple of the British Sunday Lunch, and in some cases is used with the main meat dish. Prepared with batter and is usually served with roast beefandgravy.
