Creating an advent calendar
One of the traditions of the pre-Christmas period is to create a calendar for children – a postcard or a cardboard house, in which gifts, notes with wishes or delicious treats for each of the 24 days before the holiday are hidden.

The main purpose of the advent calendar is to make every day of waiting for the holiday interesting for the child, turning it into an unusual adventure.
In addition, it will help:
1. Create a festive winter mood.
2. Master the skills of time management (the child learns to understand what time is, to notice its fluidity in the sequential change of events, and this is the necessary basis for effective time management in later life).
3. Cultivate the patience of the child (after all, the window can be opened one day at a time).

Together with the students, we will create festive advent calendars and reflect on their content.
