The Year 6 and Year 7 students went on an excursion to Kilinski restaurant, one of the best French restaurants in the heart of Stryi Park.
The manager was waiting for the students at the restaurant and told them about the history of the restaurant, the organisation of work from the inside and gladly answered all the questions they had.
During the excursion we could see the work of the kitchen and visited the banquet hall.
All the students were satisfied and learned how to open a restaurant, the niches of the restaurant business and how the war affected the business.
