On Monday, we celebrated Coat of arms Day of Ukraine.
On this day, we learnt about different coats of arms and described what they mean.
The school also hosted a tug-of-war competition organised by the Minister of Sport.
On Tuesday, we commemorated the Day of Remembrance of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, remembering the most tragic days of mass shootings of protesters during the Revolution of Dignity in 2013-2014.
On Wednesday we celebrated the International Mother Language Day. The children learnt poems by Ukrainian and British writers and presented them.
On Thursday Ukraine and the world celebrate the International Day of the Boy Scouts. In Ukraine, the scouting movement began in 1911, when the national organisation Plast was established. We got acquainted with the international organisation of the Boy Scouts, learnt about the values of the community and their traditions.
On Friday, we gave everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their unique attitude to fashion through clothing and accessories. On this day, the students created their own clothing items. It wasn’t easy, but we were ready to try our hand at being designers. We also tried to make beautiful exhibition pieces.
