Students of Lviv British School visited Lviv Handmade Chocolate for an exciting and educational experience. During the excursion, they learned how chocolate is created — from cocoa beans to the final delicious product. They discovered interesting facts about the origin of cocoa, the stages of processing, tempering, and shaping chocolate.
The students observed chocolatiers at work, learned about different types of chocolate, and tasted a variety of flavors. The most exciting part was creating their own handmade sweets — shaping, decorating, and preparing them like real confectioners.
It was an engaging, hands-on experience that combined learning, creativity, and, of course, a lot of sweetness.
