Today we celebrate a new scientific holiday – International Mathematics Day. The event was created by the International Mathematical Union in November 2019 at a UNESCO conference.
The date of the celebration was chosen in honour of the International Pi Day and, in fact, the first three digits of this mathematical constant.
On this day, students demonstrated all their mathematical talents and competed for the title of the most intelligent. The school also organised a mathematical game.
