On June 5, 2023, the Director of Lviv British School Andrew Fawkes met with the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, of Ukraine, Andrii Stashkiv. During the meeting, they discussed the prospects for the development of British education in Ukraine and the formation of a safe and healthy educational environment, in wartime conditions. Andriy Stashkiv noted the initiative of English partners to open a British school in Lviv. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science and their British colleagues, who in wartime, invest in the creation of educational projects in Ukraine.
