The 4th grade students of Lviv British School visited a steel plant!
It was an interesting field trip that fascinated the students and gave them new knowledge about modern production and innovation.
The students got acquainted with the production process, were told about the importance of the plant and were introduced to the production processes in an accessible way. Wearing protective goggles, the students watched the employees work, the children were shown how the CNC equipment works, and the laser engraving of metal was a real delight!
The most interesting part was the opportunity to create their own product from the drawings – the children were happy to join this process.
This lesson left a vivid impression on the children and helped them to look into the world of modern technology and engineering. Discovering new things is always interesting!
