Psychology lecture for secondary school students.
During the lecture, students worked together with a psychologist on the topic of self-recovery and stress management. They discussed everyday situations that cause stress, learned how to recognise their own emotional states, and explored different coping strategies.
The students tried practical methods such as breathing techniques, grounding exercises, short self-reflection tasks, and simple relaxation practices. They also shared their own ways of dealing with stress and learned how to restore emotional balance in difficult moments. The lecture was interactive, honest, and very engaging.
