The fifth day in England was a real journey of flavours, history and underground discoveries!
We went to Cheddar Gorge, a unique place where real cheddar is born. During the tour, we learnt how this sophisticated cheese with a deep flavour is made. We saw every stage of production, felt how much care and skill is put into each head of cheese. And then – the tasting! We tasted different varieties of cheddar: soft, aged, with herbs – each had its own unique character. A real explosion of flavours!
And the ending was a journey into the depths – we went down to real caves, where silence and coolness reign. It was an atmosphere you won’t forget! This day gave us not only new knowledge, but also emotions – surprise, admiration and gratitude for the opportunity to see how traditions are combined with skill.
