Our school hosted a wonderful celebration of the World Cultures Day! It was a special occasion where children had the chance to dive into the traditions of different nations and experience the atmosphere of a true international festival.
Students prepared both Chinese and British tea ceremonies: some learned the art of slow and mindful Chinese tea rituals, while others enjoyed the elegance of British traditions with biscuits and friendly conversations over tea.
The day also included traditional dances, where children discovered the rhythms and movements from around the world. Everyone could take part and feel the joy of cultural expression.
In addition, thematic lessons were held in classrooms, where students explored fascinating facts about the lives, customs, and traditions of various peoples. It was a day of discovery, joy, friendship, and mutual respect.
