This weekend, a model car racing competition took place in Kyiv, in which Mykhailo, an 8th-year pupil at Lviv British School, took part.
Mykhailo proved himself to be a true driver: he fought confidently for position on the track, held his own against his rivals and showed marked progress in his skills. It is particularly pleasing to see his sporting character taking shape — composure, perseverance and the determination to see things through to the end.
And a special source of pride: the competition organisers personally awarded Mykhailo a special prize, the ‘Will to Win’ — awarded to just one driver!
