This time, our young chefs from the 4th year prepared delightful coconut candies!
They combined creamy coconut with almond flakes, shaped them into delicate truffle balls, and coated them in crispy golden flakes. It was a perfect blend of flavors, creativity, and teamwork!
This sweet lesson also turned into a wonderful opportunity to practice English with a native speaker! The children learned new words like “desiccated coconut” and “whipped cream,” described textures in English, and proudly presented their homemade creations.
