On Thursday, June 20, a large-scale educational festival, Teachers of the Future 2024, dedicated to the theme “The Power of Education in Time of War”, started in Lviv.
Among the top speakers of the event were Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi, Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language Taras Kremin, former Minister of Education and Science of Lithuania Gintaras Steponavičius, founder of the international PISA study Andreas Schleicher and Finnish education expert Makke Leppenen.
Lviv British School was also represented at the festival. The festival was attended on behalf of our school by our headmaster Andy Fawkes, teachers and other staff.
