Due to competition among educators, the director and founder of Lviv British School has been engaged in the selection of teachers for some time.
Before being approved for a position, candidates go through several stages of selection. The first of them is filling out a questionnaire and a preliminary online interview with a school representative. This is followed by a personal meeting and conversation with the director, during which Andrew Fawkes talks about the philosophy and principles of Lviv British School, his expectations from the teachers and checks their level of English. After the meeting and confirmation of a high level of English language proficiency, the candidate receives an invitation to a test, during which his professional teaching skills and abilities are tested. Only after successfully passing all stages of selection, we invite you to join the team.
